The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) has organized a workshop to prepare staff for life after employment. These joined the colleagues that had retired or were retiring at the the event International Gazielle Limited, facilitated at Bezer Hotel, Otta, Ogun State.
It explored topics such as Health Management in Retirement, Preparing to retire into a Business Venture and Vocation, Making a Will and Contributory Pension Scheme in Perspective. The participants in the workshop were drawn from the headquarters and the agency out stations across the country. The aviation agency’s Director of Human Resources, Dr Uwem Akangson, said the initiative was part of the holistic strategy of management to improve general welfare of staff, both retired and in service.
