What you will need:
70 ml water
Pinch of salt
250 ml Mealie- meal
1. Place water and salt in a saucepan and boil.
2. Add meali-meal and stir with a fork until crumbly.
3. Cook (low heat) for 20 minutes constantly stirring to prevent it from burning.
4. Remove from the heat when tender.
TIP: Cool it before adding maas.
