Hi MK Guru,
I’m pleased to email you seeking business advice given the current economic frustration globally.
I’m a Chartered Accountant by profession serving as an Audit Manager at one of the leading international accounting consulting firm KPMG. As a business entrepreneur by birth, my five-year plan is to invest my money so that I will stop reporting to someone, but being reported to and driving the chair of Managing Director of my own company.
I have previously tried agriculture in Zimbabwe, trying to take opportunity of the land reform programme but it came with a lot of draw backs on my side since it needs macro- management. Phone business was not the best managing tool for the project.
As days are numbering and experience accumulating, new ideas are coming into play, of which I can start smelling the returns.
Growing up in the remote areas of Mupfurudzi, where I experienced many changes, I haven’t shifted my idea of social responsibility. I want to give to the community as best as I can, so to raise the flag of the Mupfurudzi area.
In conclusion, it will be highly appreciated if you can share business advice with me and I will see how I can convert them into reality.
