Fried cabbage is a southern African recipe that can be served with pretty much anything, its a great side dish and definitely an easy recipe.
Salt and pepper for taste
Start of by frying your tomatoes and onions and the after 5 mins you add your chopped cabbage leaves. Cook of a medium heat for 15mins and add your salt and pepper for taste. This can be served with anything, you can mix it into favorite pasta dish or just have it alone with steak, the possibilities are endless.
