Yes they do. India is a diverse country comprising of Hindus, Moslems, Sikhs, Christians. So while some faiths may not approve of eating pork, in Goa they certainly do. Some places in NE India do as well.

Pork is prohibited for the Muslims, but is eaten mostly by tribes in the hills. Christians and some Hindus also eat pork but is generally considered unclean because they are reared. In some areas pigs are now reared in hygienic conditions in farms.

So, generally, it depends on religion of Indians.
